WHEREAS, certain items of Fund owned furniture, furnishing, and equipment will become surplus to the needs of the Fund when the Fund offices are moved to 100 South Wacker Drive, and

WHEREAS, policy for disposition thereof must now be formulated, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that a list of all items of Fund owned furniture, furnishings, and equipment be prepared and lump-sum bids secured thereon for all items listed from at least five reputable second-hand office dealers, and be it further

RESOLVED, that the property listed thereon be sold to the highest bidder.
