Inactive text: The Committee concurs with the staff recommendation that "A statute of limitations should be set for keeping a claim open. This statue of limitations would require that a member request a Board review of a staff denial or interpretation no later than 90 days after the date of the staff disposition letter. An appeal would have to be made in writing. The Board review would take place no later than 180 days after the member notified IMRF of the request for a hearing."
